Salon Policies

Cancellations 

Each guest’s appointment is important to us. We want to give your service the time and attention it deserves. As a result, we kindly ask that you notify us at least 12 hours before the appointment start time to cancel, or you will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service price.
 

Late

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may not be able to provide the service you have scheduled, and the cancellation fee above will apply.
 

No Shows

We understand that sometimes plans change unexpectedly. However, missing a scheduled appointment affects our team and other guests. Therefore, if we do not receive prior notice and you do not show up for your appointment, you will be charged the full amount of the scheduled services. Please contact us in advance if your plans change so we can reschedule and avoid unnecessary charges.
 

Returns

  • All Sales are Final.
  • Exchanges: Are eligible if the product packaging or container is defective. If your order arrives damaged, missing items, or with the wrong item, contact customer service at support@nitpixies.com
